1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 T. vinegar
1 T. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Brown beef and onions; drain. Add remaining ingredients
and simmer, stirring often.
I season with salt and pepper during browning the beef and onions.
Tip: add water as liquid reduces while simmering, if needed.
