Diane's Cashew Apple Salad Recipe

1 bunch Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 apple cut into bite size(Braeburn is best)
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
8 oz. cashews

Dressing:
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1 c. canola oil
1/2 T. poppy seeds

Mix dressing together and chill. Mix salad
ingredients together. Toss with desired amount
of chilled dressing and serve. Save any extra
dressing for later use. Great salad!
