Shrimp Spaghettini Recipe

Delicious Shrimp Spaghettini

1 box angel hair pasta
3 lbs. small shrimp
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper
1 jar Pace Picante sauce
1 med. can mushrooms (optional but recommended)
1 T. butter for melting
Season with Tony Chachere's

Melt butter, saute' onions and pepper. Add shrimp and
season lightly to taste. Add mushrooms and let simmer.
Prepare cheese on low heat and melt. Add picante sauce
to help cheese melt stirring constantly. Cook angel hair
pasta. Mix all ingredients into pot. Simmer on low to
medium heat for 1 hour until shrimp is fully cooked.
Ready to serve.
