Hot Pepper Quiche

1/2 c. butter
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
1 pt. small-curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded

In a 350' oven, melt butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Lightly
beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add flour, baking powder
and salt, mix well. Fold in butter, chilies, cottage cheese and
cheese. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 400' for 15
minutes. Then reduce heat to 350' and bake 30 minutes more.
Cool slightly, cut into squares and serve.
