Easy Southern Fresh Strawberry Pie Recipe
Deliciously fresh southern strawberry pie
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1/2 of a (3 oz.) pkg. of strawberry gelatin
2 cups fresh whole strawberries
9 in. baked pie crust
In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. Blend
and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove
from heat and immediately stir in the gelatin, Dissolve well.
Cool. Place fresh strawberries in baked pie crust and pour
cooled mixture over. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before
serving. Top with whipped cream. This is my absolute favorite
pie!
