Chicken Chow Mein

 Chicken Chow Mein recipe

2- 12.5 oz. cans Swanson Premium chuck Chicken Breast or fresh Chicken, cooked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 teas. salt
1/4 teas. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup Chow Mein vegetables, drained
1 small can of mushrooms, drained
3 cups cooked white rice
Chow Mein noodles

Brown onions and celery until tender, not mushy. Drain off liquid. Add chicken, water, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables, mushrooms, stir, add soup. Mix together, simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over white rice. Topped with Chow Mein noodles. Delicious!
