Secret Recipe Brownies

 Delicious secret Brownie recipe you will definitely enjoy

2 sticks butter
4 squares chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsps. vanilla
1-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Melt butter and chocolate. Set aside. Beat eggs and sugar.
Add vanilla. Mix with butter and chocolate. Add flour, baking
powder and salt. Whisk together. Pour into greased jelly roll
pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup chips and pat them into batter. Bake
at 350' for 20-25 minutes. Do not overbake. Melt remaining
chocolate chips and whipping cream together. Pour over brownies
and refrigerate.

Ground beef Chow Mein recipe 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 teas. salt 1/4 teas. pepper 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup water 1 cup chow mein vegetables 1 small can of mushrooms, drained 3 cups cooked white rice Chow mein noodles Brown ground beef, onions and celery until beef in browned and celery tender, not mushy. Drain off fat. Add water, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables, mushrooms, then stir, add soup. Mix together, simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over white rice. Topped with Chow Mein noodles. Delicious!

 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. onions, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1 can tomatoes 1 can peas, drained 1 can mushroom soup 2 tbsp. sugar salt and pepper Season ground beef with salt, pepper and sugar. Then, brown seasoned ground beef and onions in a big fry pan. Add rest of ingredients, simmer on low for about an hour. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. Very easy meal to make.
